Return Policy: Venice Audio does not accept returns. All sales are final. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged in transit we will replace or refund if a replacement is unavailable.
(Re-stocking at a 15% fee may be considered under certain circumstances.)
Equipment Trial: Venice Audio may, at it’s discretion, loan equipment to local customers for a limited home trial.
There may be a per diem charge for home demo that will be credited towards the purchase of the equipment from Venice Audio.
Customer assumes responsibility for returning the equipment in the same condition and working order within the time period agreed.
Home trial is not available outside our immediate area and products may not be shipped for delivery or return.
